Elton was born Xaləddin son İsgəndərov the Samukh region in the Əhmədbəyli village on October 21, 1990.
Samukh region (district) Əhmədbəyli accepted (entered) to the 1st class of the village complete (whole) secondary school in 1996, he (she, it) has finished of the 11th class of the same school in 2007.
Elton has been invited İsgəndərov Samukh by military commissariat of region (district) to (the) real military service in October, 2008.
He (she, it) has served of the National Army in the frontier service from that 2008, he (she, it) has shown yourself as (like) exemplary (model) soldier.
